In 'Gymnastics Fitness Online - Dreaming of Drills' we teach and practice the supportive conditioning and drills for gymnastics, building the fundamental progressions you need in order to prepare for almost any gymnastics skill. Everyone from total first-time beginners up to high level gymnasts can get something out of this class - like a stronger hollow plank position, or learning what a hollow plank even is, or understanding the technique of hollow snapping better than you ever imagined.

Cancellation Policy

We respect the time of all of our clients, so it is important that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. You may start the Zoom meeting call up to 5 minutes prior to your appointment start time, to give yourself time to make sure you're not having any tech problems. Should you call-in late, we may not be able to extend your time. If your session is shortened due to tardiness, you are still responsible for the entire fee of the originally scheduled service. Lessons may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance though the Member Portal for a full refund, except that you will be charged a $5 administrative fee. However, if you do have to cancel a lesson, the sooner the better so that someone else may have an opportunity to schedule a lesson at that time, and so that the coach can arrange their schedule appropriately. If you need to cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours notice, please email us at everybodygymnastics@gmail.com as soon as possible, and note that you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 (you will get a full refund of the private lesson fee paid, and then be charged a separate cancellation fee). In the event that you do not show up for your appointment AND do not provide notice (i.e. no-call/no-show), you will still be responsible for the full price of the session (i.e. your payment will NOT be refunded and will serve as the cancellation fee itself). Of course, we understand that emergencies happen, and in these circumstances fees will be assessed at the coach's discretion. If you would like to reschedule a lesson, please email us at everybodygymnastics@gmail.com as soon as possible. If it's more than 24 hours in advance, there will be no administrative fee charged. If it's less than 24 hours notice, then you will be charged a $5 administrative fee. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
