Online Private Lessons

Online Private Lessons are a great way to supplement your training, regardless of whether or not you have access to training in-person at a gym.  Lessons are conducted via Zoom from your own home or gym, and you can get targeted instruction in any one of, or combination of, the many aspects of gymnastics.  You can request which area you would like to work on, suggest an area not mentioned below, propose a specific skill of interest, or you can ask for the coach's recommendation, to tailor the workout to the person.
 

Private Lessons are primarily available for 1 person at a time to get individual instruction, and can be in any one of, or combination of, the following aspects of gymnastics:​

WHEN can I take EveryBODY Gymnastics online private lessons?

​

Online Private Lessons are available on a regular schedule, but that schedule may vary each season. 

The Fall 2024 availability is: â€‹

  • Wednesdays  6:15-7:15p, & 8:45-9:45p

  • Thursdays  5:45-6:55p

  • Sundays  1:15-1:45p, 5:15-6:15p

Other times may also be possible, pending the coach's availability, so please inquire if you would like to see if another time could work, but the above times are the only ones with regular availability.  1.5-hour and 2-hour long lessons can also be scheduled, and are also available at other times as well, so please inquire if interested in coordinating.  Private lessons can also be for 2 or 3 people at a time to get small group instruction, so please inquire if interested in scheduling a semi-private lesson.​

REGISTRATION

 

​​Please go to our Online Lesson Registration page for all of the registration information, including signing the Waiver, paying the Insurance Fee, and signing-up for individual lessons.  Online Private Lessons must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance, despite the online scheduler "allowing" them to get reserved up to one hour in advance.  Private Lessons scheduled with less than 24 hours advance notice will get canceled without a refund.
